Open your Outlook and switch to Calendar. You have to paste this Secret URL address in outlook calendar under new internet calendar subscription. If it is private, then copy the secret address. If your google calendar is public, then copy the public address. Scroll down to integrate calendar and copy the Secret URL address in iCal format.
